The accommodation on two floors consists of:

A modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes airer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, utensils, saucepans, etc

A spacious dining area with table and 4 chairs.

There's a comfortable lounge area with two settees, 1 armchair, coffee table, reading lamps.  For your pleasure there is Satellite English TV/radio and French terrestrial TV.  There are a selection of books and games.

The gite has free internet access via Wi-Fi.

Follow the staircase to first floor where you will find: 

A master bedroom with picturesque views over the vineyards and surrounding countryside, consists of a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table/chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps.

The second twin bedroom overlooks the garden/orchard.  It has two large single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chair, bedside cabinets. Baby cot available on request.

The large family bathroom consists of a WC, shower/bath, wash basin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail, power/shaver point

All rooms have electric heaters

Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ. There is a covered seating area for those seeking shade or for occasional rainy days!

There is a large front garden for sunbathing with loungers
